The LZY portable handheld laser marking machine delivers a maximum output power of 100W, combining high precision with high speed. It adopts a 1064nm fiber laser generator paired with an air-cooling system, eliminating the need for complex water-cooling support—making it ideal for field construction sites and outdoor work environments where power supply and space are limited.

The marking gun head features a fully enclosed protective design and complies with EU CE safety standards, effectively ensuring operational safety in complex outdoor working conditions. Regarding power supply, the device supports both plug-in use and interchangeable lithium batteries, with pass-through charging capability that allows marking while charging—effectively addressing the practical challenges of unstable power sources at field sites. The unit features a compact, highly integrated design that enables both flexible handheld mobile operation and integration with robotic arms for automated batch marking. The housing is made of eco-friendly engineering plastic, with the corded version weighing 6–10kg and the lithium-battery version weighing 9–12kg, ensuring light portability that allows a single worker to easily carry and transport the device.

 

The device comes standard with a 100×100mm marking field, with optional 50×50mm and 150×150mm configurations available to accommodate various marking size requirements. An integrated red-light positioning function enables preview and calibration of the engraving position prior to marking, effectively preventing misalignment errors.

 

Marking content supports flexible combinations of text, QR codes, numeric dates, geometric graphics, and other elements, enabling direct engraving on common utility pole materials such as cement and metal to create permanent identification marks.
