Firstly, check if the device screen is black. If it is black, perform the following troubleshooting:

1. Check the power supply and connections

Is the power connected?

Power switch: Confirm if the power cord of the device is securely plugged in and if the indicator light is on.

Battery version: Check the battery level and charge or replace the battery if necessary.

2. Emergency stop button triggered

Check if the emergency stop button is pressed

If there is no black screen and the device screen still lights up, perform the following troubleshooting:

1. Check the field lens/fixed focus frame

Light path obstruction: Check if the field lens is obstructed or contaminated, clean the lens (with anhydrous alcohol and lens wiping paper).

Focus problem: Check the fixed focus frame, adjust the focal length, and ensure that the workpiece is within the effective working distance.

2. Set parameters
